Delivery & Returns

Deliveries

 

All parcels will be sent out by Royal Mail First Class signed for costing £5.50 postage and packaging.

You will receive an email on the day your order is dispatched and all orders should arrive with you within 1-3 days from you receiving this email. (Delivery times may be slightly longer due to Covid-19)

All items are lovingly hand made to order, so please expect between 7 -10 days for your order to be with you from when you place the order.

If your order is required urgently or for a particular date, please email

All orders are wrapped in recyclable tissue to ensure a safe journey to you.

 

All orders require a signature on delivery.

 

Returns

​

The cost of postage on returns is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, where in this instance we will happily refund return postage costs.  This is on the condition that you have first contacted us and made us aware of the return and postage costs. When returning an item, you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.  We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit.  Therefore we recommend that you retain a proof of postage receipt. Birch & Bloom cannot issue refunds or compensation to items lost in transit on their return to us.
