The cost of postage on returns is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, where in this instance we will happily refund return postage costs. This is on the condition that you have first contacted us and made us aware of the return and postage costs. When returning an item, you are responsible for the goods until they reach us. We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit. Therefore we recommend that you retain a proof of postage receipt. Birch & Bloom cannot issue refunds or compensation to items lost in transit on their return to us.
