We accept all major credit cards and debit cards via our secure online system.  All prices are stated in GBP English Pounds Sterling.  All methods of payment must be cleared before dispatch of goods.  Please note that all credit or debit card holders are subject to validation by the card issuer.  If for any reason the card issuer refuses to process the payment, we cannot be liable for any delay of your order.  All orders will be confirmed within 24 hours of placing your order.  In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you and offer a full refund or an alternative. 



The privacy of the information that you provide when using our website is important to Birch & Bloom. This statement sets out how we may use your personal information and the measures that we have adopted to protect it.

Please note that this privacy statement applies only to our website. You may use the online form to order merchandise. During this process you will be asked to supply certain information, including your name, telephone number and email address. We require this information to verify your identity, and also to provide a way of contacting you should any question arise concerning your order. We will use these details only for processing your current order. If you place an order, you will be asked to provide certain information, including your name, billing address, delivery address, and certain credit card details. With the exception of our credit card service provider, subsidiaries, affiliates, and trusted vendors, we will not sell, rent, give or otherwise provide any of your personal information to any third parties without obtaining your prior permission.

 We will offer an exchange or refund if goods are returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. The cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty then we will happily refund your postage costs. This is on the condition you have first contacted us and made us aware of the return and cost of return.

In the first instance please email us to advise us of return with your name, contact details including telephone number and reason for return.  If you are returning goods for a refund, including all packaging (boxes, tissue) and include your name and order number also.  Please return all goods to address below:

We ensure that all goods are sent out in perfect condition. However, should they not reach you in perfect condition, or in the eventuality they be faulty we will offer an refund, exchange of goods or credit note.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund where the above conditions have not been met so please take care when unpacking and repacking.  Please note that failure to return an item within 14 days from receipt or in accordance with current return conditions will prevent us from processing exchanges and returns.  The 14 days begins from the first attempt the carrier makes to deliver to your address. Upon receipt of goods at Birch & Bloom we will email you with confirmation and will action refund or exchange as requested.
