Terms
​
Payments by BACS transfer are preferred. Credit cards are accepted but may incur a fee. If you would like to secure the date immediately a £300 booking fee is required. If we have provided an estimate and you would like to secure the date we ask for 30% payment of the total due. Booking fees are non-refundable.

Any balance due must be paid in full 30 days prior to the wedding date.
​
If you would like to add any further items to your wedding flowers, orders will be accepted up to three weeks prior to the wedding date with payment required at time of order. No guarantee is given that the same flowers will be available on any additional orders however colour and style of additional items will be matched as close as possible.

Cancellations
​
Contract cancellation should be made in writing. Cancellations made within the following time periods will incur the detailed charges:

Within 2 weeks of signed contract - No charge

1 year before wedding date - Booking fee is charged

6 months before wedding date - Booking fee and 50% of balance charged

2 months before wedding date - Booking fee and 80% of balance charged
-
2 months or less until wedding day - Booking fee and full order is charged
In the unlikely event that Birch & Bloom is unable to provide the services for your wedding, a full refund will be provided and alternative suppliers will be recommended.

Postponements
​
In extreme circumstances (i.e. pandemics) it may be possible to postpone your wedding to a later date. If Birch & Bloom are not available on your new date the deposit will be returned minus £150 for planning and consulting time.

Substitutions
​
Birch & Bloom reserves the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your wedding. In this event, the integrity of the proposed colour scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used. You will be notified of any adjustments.

Birch & Bloom reserves the right to cancel this contract if at any time we feel that the obligations cannot be met. In the event of fire, natural disaster, tragedy, or other emergency, liability is limited to full refund of all monies paid.
